By opting into or using the Smart Energy Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") text messaging service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

The Smart Energy Group LLC SMS Program, operating under the brand Boost Bar Profits, is a mobile messaging service that provides appointment alerts, support alerts, and promotional alerts related to the services offered on BoostBarProfits.com.

2. User Consent and Opt-In

You certify that you are the mobile account holder and are at least 18 years old. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

The number of messages you receive will vary, as the message frequency is recurring. You can expect to receive 1 to 2 messages per year.

4. Cost and Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out and Stop Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
